Sports Illustrated Magazine recently chose Bougainvillea House Villa to shoot their Swimsuit Cover Photo featuring Ronda Rousey in a stunning body paint exposé. Monday Swimwear, with Tash Oakley and Devin Brugman, chose Bougainvillea House Villa as the location for their 2019 swimwear photo shoot. They have a reservation to return in 2020. The West Wing with 4 oceanfront king bedrooms with private baths and one sofa bed, and sleeps ten. The East Wing includes one oceanfront king master honeymoon suite and a private bath; and one oceanfront bunk room with 5 single beds with a private bath, and sleeps six. The Garden Cottage with one garden view king bedroom and a private bath, and one sofa bed, and sleeps four. All of the space and rooms combined, sleep up to 20 adults and feature 6 king bedrooms with private baths, one bunk room, two sofa-beds, nine bathrooms, two kitchens, and two outdoor showers. In order to ensure privacy, no additional guests will be booked on the property during your stay. All of the outdoor space including rooftop decks, mid-decks, lower decks, spa, beach amenities, and seating areas are available, regardless of rental configuration. The Villa features several independent internet systems. Cooks, chefs, and housekeepers are available upon request. There are several grocery stores, delicatessens, and liquor stores within 15 minutes of the Villa, that serve a large upscale yachting community. They stock a wide selection of quality fresh fruit, vegetables, meats, and dairy products. The "Pig Beach Tour" is popular with many of our guests and is managed by local tour operators; who will pick up guests at the Villa. There is daily airline service to George Town International Airport (GGT) from Miami, Ft Lauderdale, Atlanta, Charlotte, Toronto, and Nassau; with the following airlines: American, United, Delta, Air Canada, Silver Airways, Bahamasair, Sky Bahamas, and Western Air. There are also several private charter aircraft operator form Fort Lauderdale and Nassau.
