Beach Villa, vacation / work-from-home alternative

Relax in this open-concept villa with roofed terrace, master bedroom with balcony, a/c inverters in the two bedrooms, and parking spaces. The resort has beach access, a shared pool, tennis, volleyball and basketball courts, a playground, and controlled access with security. Go into the town of Arroyo, where Morse Code was first used in Latin America. Drive 5 minutes to Patillas' beachfront restaurants. Buy fresh fish to cook for dinner. The place is great for writers, couples, and families. The queen mattresses in both rooms are Tempur-pedic, and thus very comfy. The place has everything needed in a home. I am always available by phone (text or call), but I might be tough to wake up between 10pm and 7am :) The beach has strong undercurrents. I recommend using the calm and shallow beaches in Patillas, 8 minutes away (there are kayak rentals in front of Calixto's Place restaurant). Please note that Puerto Rico has an ongoing electricity problem and the electricity occasionally goes out for a few hours. There is no power generator at the villa. You must have a valid ID with Airbnb to book the villa. NO SMOKING INSIDE NO PARTIES OR EVENTS The TV has an Amazon Prime fire stick to use your accounts (Netflix, Disney, etc.). There is very good wifi. Only the bedrooms upstairs have a/c. The downstairs space does NOT have a/c. It is a 2-minute walk to the beach through the resort. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishware, kitchen utensils, pots and pans, a microwave, a blender, a coffee maker, an orange manual juicer, a filtered water pitcher, a kettle and a toaster. The oven does NOT work. You can eat, drink, or use anything in the kitchen and refrigerator. The beach has strong undercurrents.
