Welcome Home

Our property is only booked one person or group at a time. We do not book our property out by the room. When you stay at our property you or your group have the entire home to yourself. No pets of any kind are allowed. Your home away from home is very centrally located in the heart of the original suburb of Lloydminster. Just a 5 minute walk to downtown shopping and the lloydminster mall and is also a 5 minute walk away from the Safeway grocery store and major franchise restaurants. This property does not allow pets. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook and serve full meals. The living room/dining area have a full couch and love seat with a 50” smart tv for your entertainment. TV includes Prime Video, Netflix, Paramount, Apple TV. There is also a 42” smart TV in the master bedroom on the main floor. The Bathroom is fully stocked with towels and face clothes. There is a 4th bedroom in the basement with just a mattress on the floor not made up. There is a empty living room also in the basement with a fold down futon couch, these two basement spaces are not set up but guests are welcome to use them in order to accommodate additional guests Guests can access the entire home as the home is dedicated to our air B and B guests. The home is ever booked with other parties it is only for single party bookings. We live out of town but we are available 24/7 for anything our guests may need Our home is located 4 blocks north of Dairy Queen and the lloydminster mall. It is also 2 blocks away from the lloydminster outdoor pool. Our home is very centrally located and we would encourage our guests to walk in the summer months but drive during any other season. During COVID 19 we are only permitting the number of registered guests on the property during guests stay.
