"Cozy Loft with a Water View"

The Loft - is rustic & cozy with a great view and very private. Perfect if you need to isolate for 14 days. A large open space with a kitchen nook which is stocked with a microwave, convection toaster oven , 2 burner hotplate, kettle and a single serve Keurig coffee maker, Full size fridge, bathroom with a shower and a King bed. Close to many walking trails and beaches. 10 minutes to all amenities, 2 local convenience stores and take out's are a few minutes away. WIFI & ROKU TV The loft has a deck which is nice for your morning coffee and a great view of the water. This loft is separate from our house - you have total privacy. The stairs are a little steep up to the loft. No pets allowed Will do a grocery order for your arrival. The loft has its own entrance, please walk past the garage towards the water and up the stairs. We live on the property and are available should you require any assistance. We are 5 minutes from Lawrencetown Beach, the best surfing north of the Carolina's. Downtown Dartmouth is approximately 25 minutes and Halifax is 30 minutes away. A vehicle is required as we are not on a public transportation route. Check out time is 12 Noon
