Cozy Private Bedroom in quiet neighborhood

My home is quaint and has proven to be ideal for medical students doing rotations at the many major hospitals in the area. With access to the kitchen and studying in the well lit dining room, many residents have enjoyed staying here. The house is located on a dead end road with plenty of street parking . During the pandemic I am only hosting people in the medical field and/or medical students. I am fully vaccinated but cannot afford to get Covid and have to be quaranteened and miss work. The bedroom is on the second floor and offers plenty of privacy since it is the only occupied room upstairs. The room has a double bed, dresser and vanity. There are clean linens and towels. Guests have access to the living room, dining room, kitchen, gym and laundry room. I am not home much during the day so the best way to contact me is via text. I live on a dead end road so there is no through traffic making it a very quiet neighborhood. All the homes on the block are single family homes. Neighbors ask that comings and goings be limited in the late night. There is plenty of street parking but please do not park in front of the house directly across from mine. That neighbor does not like my guests to park there. My home is a shoe-free home. There is a bench/shoe holder next to the back door for guests.
