Between 5 - 10 minute walk to all amenities, i.e. coffee shop, shopping, fine restaurants, walking trail, parks. We require our guests to be fully vaccinated. Present vaccination cards before accepting booking. My home is unique because it has all the luxury of being on a beautiful residential street but is within a 5 minute walk to where all the downtown action is. The apartment is cozy, clean and roomy. There is a family park right at the end of the Avenue that holds free concerts all summer long and even during the christmas holidays. Private entrance to suite (including private washroom). Access to back patio, front covered veranda and parking. My home is on a quiet picturesque street, just a 5 to 10 minute walk to downtown Sydney. All amenities easily accessible by public transit and taxi. Quick access to the Trans Canada Highway connecting to many tourist attractions, i.e. Fortress of Louisbourg, Miner's Museum, Cabot Trail, Baddeck - The Bell Museum and Sydney own Big Fiddle. Kitchenette includes microwave, coffee machine, refrigerator, basic utensils, dishes and silverware, stove, and oven. There is to be no cooking after 10 pm
