A furnished two bedroom/bathroom apartment situated in Fitches Creek, St Georges, Antigua, with a panoramic view of the ocean. Very safe and relaxed neighborhood. You will enjoy the scenery and tranquility of this accommodation. The space being offered is the downstairs part of our home. The area is separated from the upstairs (where my wife and I reside) by a locked door. The area has a private entrance and is fully independent. Our home is situated on a hill which provides for an picturesque view of Fitches Creek and the bay. Guests will have access to the entire downstairs area of our home with full privacy and private entrance. We will be available on premises to cater to guest demands and any questions or concerns as needed. Fitches Creek is an upscale residential neighborhood on the northeastern side of the island. A 10 minute drive from the airport and 15 minutes from the capital St. John's. The nearest public transportation option is the bus that runs to the neighboring village of Piggotts (approximately a 15 min walk). Guests would likely be better served by renting a car or hiring a taxi. Effective 04 February 2022, the nightly rate includes the 14% mandatory government of Antigua and Barbuda SalesTax (ABST).
