The residence includes a full kitchen, living and dining area, study, two bathrooms and wash room. Located 5 minutes drive from Medical University of Americas MUA, and in close proximity to beaches and Charlestown. Nevis is a remote high-end vacation destination island in the eastern Caribbean, lush green mountains and only 36 square miles. The residence has good natural sea breeze ventilation with high ceilings and fans for year-round comfort. The master room also has an AC unit. You are 3 minutes away from neighboring restaurants and bars, notably Esmie's Sunrise Restaurant and Bar, known for their authentic island cuisines such as conch chowder, goat water, bull foot and much more. Approximately 12-15 minutes from the capital Charlestown, ferry terminals and 10 minutes from the Vance Amory International Airport. Beaches are easily accessible within a 10 minute timeframe. You are encouraged to have fun, unplug and relax. Tranquility Oceanview Residence is ideal for families and/or couples vacationing together. Be a part of nature and Xscape to Nevis! Beaches are only 10 minutes drive away from the residence. Bar and restaurant is 5 minutes walk away Most times I am overseas, however, my co-host (my sister) will be a phone call away and available when needed. Most times she handles the check in and check out process. The neighborhood is quiet/ peaceful and the few neighbors are warm and welcoming. Breath taking view of the ocean and neighboring islands like Antigua and Barbuda and Montserrat. Wake up early enough to watch the sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean while drinking a cup of tea The residence is on the bus route for those who prefer this mean of transportation. Also, renting a vehicle is easy and you can also request my assistance and recommendation. If you require airport pick up, please let me know, this helps to eliminate any issue locatingg the property.
