Located at less of 10 minutes by car from Coxen Hole, where you can find supermarkets, banks, hospitals, laundries... and 10-15 minutes from West End/West Bay area. The Residences is a safe and quite place. We offer a very special price for rentals for 3 or more months, more details in the notes. We have a special price for long term rentals of US$1,980 per month if you stay is of a minimum of 3 months, so, in that case contact us through Airbnb to know each other and make an agreement (that price includes all facilities of the Lawson Rock community including the cost of the security guards, wifi, cable tv and water.
