Welcome to the Lake! Come for a relaxing and rejuvenating getaway at our lakehouse. Tucked away at the end of the lane sitting on just under an acre of land. Enjoy morning coffee on the deck, BBQ your dinner overlooking the lake, cuddle up with a good book, roast s’mores next to a toasty fire and watch breathtaking sunsets off the dock. This is an experience you won't forget! The lakehouse is an open concept bungalow with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area that seats eight. It has three bedrooms, a full bathroom, washer and dryer, and a heat pump. The property is surrounded with a stunning view of the lake, mature trees, friendly neighbours and a large deck. Lots of room for parking vehicles, fourwheelers and motorcycles. We provide wifi, a BBQ, a firepit, board games and books, two kayaks, and two bikes. Guests have full access to the entire property. The lakehouse is perfect for vacation with family and friends, weekend retreats, romantic nights, anniversaries, winter getaways, celebrations, and escaping the city or hustle and bustle of our everyday lives. It is a great year-round escape. Fill your days with fishing, kayaking, biking, swimming, and boating. Or just take time to unwind and relax. This Lakefront bungalow is 30 minutes from the Halifax International Airport, 45 minutes from the city of Halifax and 15 minutes from the beautiful town of Truro. Some local amenities include a bakery, Tim Hortons Coffee House, gas station and Pharmasave for all of your basic grocery needs. It has and always will be our top priority to keep a very clean, comfortable environment for our guests (e.g. routinely cleaned heat pump). Bath towels are included, however if you will be swimming in the lake please bring lake towels. Quarantining is welcome!
