It is perfect for your family gathering, friends reunion, or office outing. This is a 2-family house which you would have exclusive use of both units. The total house has 5 bedrooms, and beds for 19 people (2 queen size beds, 8 single beds, 6 full size sofa-beds, and 1 floor mattress). There are 2 flat screen TVs and 2 sets washer/dryer. The house is equipped with WiFi access. You will have access to the whole house, consisting of two units tied together. Plus plenty of off-street private parking for 6-8 cars. We live nearby.
