My home is centrally located in a beautiful safe neighborhood in the suburbs of Suffolk County Long Island, 5 minutes away from Stony Brook University (SBU) and Port Jefferson. This extravagant house provides a private basement with a luxury jacuzzi and spacious bathroom. Also personal gym set! Your spacious bedroom has a full size bed, TV w/cable and internet, dresser, and central A/C and Heat. Have a suede couch with bed inside. Perfect for couples visiting college as well as family. Private bedroom: The very spacious bedroom which includes a queen size bed, full size sofa bed, a dresser, full closet, mini refrigerator, desk, etc. Private luxury bathroom: Luxury bathroom includes marble tiling, full bathroom with seating (can fit up to 4 people), jacuzzi, double sink, and steam light! *SAUNA IS CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE* Private living room space: Located right outside the bedroom. Which includes a huge flat screen, personal gym set, treadmill, weights, suede sofa which turns into a Queen size bed, and refrigerator. During the summer the pool is available to all clients!!! I like to give a general introduction to my clients and make them feel at home. As long as the client respects the place, everything is open for them to use. I make sure to give them my number, text, and email incase they have any questions! The “luxury suite” is located in the basement. 2. My parents live in the house and serve as hosts. They make sure all the units are run safely and efficiently. They keep me informed and attend to any issues or concerns that may arise during your stay. 3. No refund request will be honored if guests cancel after arriving onsite and claim they thought they would be alone or would have the entire house at their disposal. 4. Amenities are available to registered guests only. Registered guests cannot invite their friends or non-paying guests to hang out, use the premise amenities including the jacuzzi, the pool, the fitness equipment, the shower etc… 5. We do not allow any pets on the premise under any circumstances. My mother has a history of asthma and is allergic to pets. 6. The units are mainly intended for adults who need a place to stay or rest while conducting business in the area. 7. The units are not safe and suitable for children accommodation. We have heavy fitness equipment in the luxury unit. There is a steep stairway leading to the private rooms. 8. There can only be a maximum of two guests occupying each unit.
