Rent this cabin on its own or invite more friends and also rent out our neighbouring cottage, the Kenzie B. Also our outdoor wood burning cedar sauna is ready! The Keith B log cabin has been described by many as cozy, relaxing and breathtaking. The pine interior, wooden logs, and fireplace set the stage for ambiance and relaxation as the heat pump adds another layer of comfortability. The cabin itself sits high on a bank along the tidal River John River providing you with stunning views morning and night. Sip on your morning coffee in the sun underneath the covered veranda as the sun rises in front of you and in the evening enjoy a deep soak in the hot tub glaring at the reflection of the moon on the river. Bring your boat, kayak, floaty whatever your wish as there sits a shared dock at the end of the property providing access to the river, also to be the new site for our shared sauna coming this fall! Don't have your own boat? Ask us about renting out our motorized picnic table for the water! Have more friends? Rent out our neighbouring cottage the "Kenzie B"! Also listed on Air BnB, you can find it under "Private Cottage for Two on the River" located in River John. The whole cabin is yours! With private deck, veranda, hot tub, parking, front lawn and outdoor firepit. A short walk will lead you to a shared dock, and outdoor cedar sauna. We are here for you! Once you arrive you can feel safe knowing we are just 6 kms down the road if you should need any assistance. River John is a small town with most of its population only residing in the summer months. Located in town and only a minute or two from your cabin is a gas station, NSLC, Caldera Distillery, library, wharf, beaches, Mable Murple's Book Shoppe and Dreamery, and the trails for walking, biking, atv etc. Drive a little further and you'll arrive in the town of Tatamagouche wheres theres a local grocery store, food venues, coffee shop, and breweries. Plus many local hiking spots. Boat, bike, hike, anyway you like to travel theres a local route for you and we would be happy to help you as best we can :)
