Comfortable suite with private entrance, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, bedroom with Queen sized bed and a private bathroom. We are conveniently located to 495/95 (1 mile) providing easy access to DC and the Baltimore area. This cozy suite is in the lower level of our split level home. Enjoy cooking your meals in the fully equipped kitchen including coffee maker, microwave, stove/oven and full sized refrigerator. Guests are welcome to relax on the deck overlooking the wooded backyard. We are centrally located between DC and Baltimore: 35 minute drive to BWI airport, 35 minute drive to the shops, restaurants and sight seeing in the Baltimore Inner Harbor, a quick 10 minute drive to the FDA and the US Army Research Laboratory, 15 minute drive to Greenbelt Metro, Takoma Park Metro and Silver Spring Metro offering easy access to DC/Northern Virginia. A short half mile walk will take you to Safeway, Chipolte, Urban BBQ, Starbucks and the Jewel of India. There are also several ethnic restaurants close by. The University of Maryland and downtown College Park is a 20 minute drive away. Need a break from the City? Enjoy an easy hike at the NW Branch of the Patuxent River only a short 10 minute drive away. The space is most comfortable for 2 guests or 2 guests and a child. We do love children and they are welcome here. The suite is not toddler proof. We are peace loving people and welcome guests from many backgrounds, ethnicity, sexual orientation, and gender. Guests have access to the entire space including the laundry. Technology: WiFi, 4k TV, high speed internet, Blu-ray player Street parking available.
