Cozy Cottage Close to Public Beach

We are now open for summer bookings. PLEASE READ the information in “The Space” regarding bookings for July and August. Cozy cottage located in the heart of Sylvan Lake. Within a 5 minute walk to the public beach, the Big Moo, restaurants, shops, and the Nexsource Centre. The cottage offers 2 bedrooms (4 beds) & 1 bath, BRAND NEW kitchen, deck, BBQ, fenced yard with fire pit, stackable laundry & WiFi. For July and August bookings we offer set dates. You MUST request the entire booking or your request will not be approved. The only available booking we have left is as follows: Monday, Aug 15 to Sunday, Aug 21 - 6 nights One bedroom with a queen bed, larger bedroom with two twin beds and a double. Sleeps 6. Living room features a cozy wood burning stove. BRAND NEW kitchen offers everything you will need. Large backyard, fully fenced with fire pit. Guests will have access to entire cabin including backyard, deck, BBQ and fire pit (must supply own firewood). Driveway large enough for two larger vehicles. We will leave cell phone numbers in case we need to be contacted during your stay. Sylvan Lake is a great summer destination spot! There are many activities to enjoy during your visit including the Sylvan Lake Aqua Splash Park, Lakeside Go Karts and Mini Golf, the public beach and much more! In the winter months enjoy some of the best ice fishing in Alberta (ice fishing shacks and supplies available for rent at Sun Sport recreation) or skate on one of the rinks available right on the lake. Go snowshoeing, cross country skiing, snow carting or snow biking (snow shoes, snow bikes and snow carts all available for rent at Sun Sport). Also every year in mid-February, a giant ice slide is constructed near the beach and the lake skating rinks! - There is a TV and DVD player available if guests wish to watch movies as well as Telus Pik TV - Please bring your own beach towels - Dishes must be done before check out - Must park on driveway to avoid parking tickets. Driveway large enough to accommodate 2 large vehicles.
