Casa Oceane has two open bedrooms and two bathrooms and is located just across the pool, close to the ocean.  This beautiful unit has been recently built in a modern style as a loft on two levels meaning the bedrooms are separated but there are no doors). The main level offers the living area, dining area, a kitchen and more. The bedrooms are on the second floor. The main bedroom (king size bed) has a pleasant private balcony facing the ocean an the other one is the back. There is also a roof terrace which is accessible through the interior offering ocean view. Enjoy the shore, the reaf, the ocean and the sky and feel as if  in paradise. Casa Oceane is bright and sunny and well ventilated with ceiling fans, the ocean breeze AND AC IN THE BEDROOMS. Balconies and terrace make you relax in the morning watching the sunrise or enjoy the calming sound of the ocean waves at night! !!! *** There are stairs so if you have knee problems, it is maybe not suitable, ask me if you have questions about it***!!! Puerto Morelos is located on the Carribbean coast of Riviera Maya in Mexico (Yucantan Peninsula), mid-way between Cancun and Playa del Carmen. The Cancun International Airport is about 20 minutes away, providing us with a convenient gateway for travelers, but the distance from the big cities allows us to escape the bustling tourist destinations to a peaceful, simple, quiet way of life that only a small village like Puerto Morelos can provide. Puerto Morelos is a warm and interesting community of locals, expats, and visitors from all parts of the world, creating an open mind feel in a setting that is nothing short of paradise. In the village you will find a large selection of excellent restaurants from fresh sea foods, fine Mexican dishes, and many more that reflect the diversity of those that call Puerto Morelos home, even if only for a week or two. The house is located 2km from Puerto center which means 20-25 minutes by walking on the beach /road, 8 by bikes or 5 by car!
