Just about 5-6 minutes from the Airport. Less than 10 minutes away from beaches & Isla Verde tourist strip. Condado and Old San Juan less than 20 minutes. Rain Forest is only 35 minutes away & Ceiba port is about 45 minutes. Segovia Studio Units is located in a middle class residential area. This house has been renovated into 5 independent units. Three studios and two two bedroom apartments. Smoking & alcohol are not welcome on property. As a courtesy to host, other guess and neighbors we will need you to refrain from parties, visitors & excessive noise. Also please upkeep property & turn off the A/C when leaving the room.
