Beautiful beachfront property with direct access to the Beach. We offer 4 individually furnished apartments on the Anasco Bay. Relax in one of the many hammocks and rejuvenate listening to the soothing sounds of the ocean while breathing in the fresh salt water air. Your group will fall in love with the privacy, and peacefulness that our property offers. After waking up to the joyful sounds of the birds, take a morning walk on the beach for miles. Our Beach is swimmable and great for kids. Due to the COVID-19 virus we are renting to only one group at a time. Only your small group will have access to the entire property as per the safety guidelines. We’re located in an affordable, safe and quiet Location! Completely Gated Property on (1 ) acre of lush, well maintained grounds directly on Tres Hermanos Beach. (We are 5 miles from Rincon) Our property consists of FOUR apartments which sleeps 16 guests comfortably. (1) The new air conditioners will cool down the entire apartment. (once you close all the windows the apartment will be cold in 20 minutes) (2) At check-in you will receive a key to the back gate which will give you direct access to the Beach. (3) You will receive a front gate remote for your car to access the property as we are completely gated/ fenced in property. (4) We provide free Wifi connection via Liberty. (We feel Liberty offers the most reliable service and fastest speed in PR) Our current speed is 250 MBPS and we can upgrade to 500 MBPS if you are looking to work remotely for a longer stay. (5) The family room area has a futon sofa, television with Roku so you can watch Sling, Netflix, YouTube. We also offer Showtime and 70 channels in Spanish. Each apartment is equipped with two bedrooms and one bathroom. The master bedrooms have one Queen bed. The second bedroom has either twin bunk beds, full bunk beds or individual twin beds. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area for great meal preparations with all stainless steel appliances. Every apartment has newer linens and towels. Laundry is available for long term stays. New Air conditioning units as well as several ceiling fans throughout. Kids favorite time is roasting marshmallows at the fire-pit. Included at the property is also volleyball, badminton, two kayaks and 3 barbecue grills. Take long walks on the beach and enjoy the following activities & Beach Toys: fishing, swimming, kayaking, several boogie boards, noodles and beach chairs at no extra charge. Start collecting sea-shells or just lay on one of the many hammocks, relax and enjoy the beautiful sunsets. "Al Fresco" dining is available under the Seaside Gazebo for catered dinners for 16+ guests at a very affordable price provided by a professional catering service. The gazebo has lights for night time use with 2 high speed commercial ceiling fans for your comfort. We also have 4 long tables and 16 chairs under the gazebo for your dining needs. We can help coordinate a Fishing Excursion with Beachside Boat pickup available for a group fee. You will be greeted by the property manager. In La Playa we have 3 local dining places within walking distance so you don't have to drive. Open on Saturday & Sunday for Lunch is La Cueva Del Cangrejo translated as the Crab Cave. Rancho Grande- perfect for dinner & dancing - open Wednesday - Sunday. The Sargaso Fish house - Bar & Restaurant. Open 7 days. There is also a local Bakery and small mini market in town. We are 25 minute car ride from Aguadilla Airport BQN. Wendy's, KFC and McDonalds are just a few minutes away. Authentic Puerto Rican Cuisine restaurants such as the Mahi Mahi, Kaplash and El Picoteo are approximately 5 minutes away. Local typical restaurants and pizza places will deliver their delicious products if you so desire. Cleaning Procedures for every stay to ensure a safe and healthy trip: 1. We installed brand new air conditioners in every apartment. We will ensure the cleaning and disinfecting of the air filters before every guest arrives which will help to recycle fresh clean air. 2. We laundry all towels, sheets, pillow cases, pillow shams and every quilt is washed and dried on high heat before every guests arrives. 3. We wipe down and clean every area of the unit with Lysol, Kaboom, Clorox and Fabuloso. 4. We offer outdoor BBQ grills to cook outside. 5. We offer a 20x30 Gazebo exclusively for your family’s use. 6. Every apartment has its own private entrance and balcony. 7. The front gate is electric and you will receive your own remote. 8. Every apartment is supplied with the following: sheets, bath towels, hand towels, bamboo pillows, new bed quilts, dishes, glasses, utensils , pots, pans, cooking utensils, Dawn soap, Protex antibacterial hand soap, paper towels, garbage bags, toilet paper, mop, broom and fabuloso. There is a microwave, coffee maker, toaster all stainless steel appliances.
