AquaMarine Suite is 1/5 suites in our B&B, minutes away from shopping malls and restaurants. If you are looking for a beautiful luxurious boutique suite with top of the line amenities and appliances this is your perfect hideaway. This is an executive luxurious room with all the delights of a hotel boutique. Our comfortable room has a private on suite washroom/wet room with nice desk space and tv/wifi/netflix/HDMI connector for laptop. (Please be aware there is potential of some minor noise) Our guest have a private suite with own wet bath with rainforest shower! This suite has the comfort of a hotel but with access to coffee-bar area and kitchen if needed! For guest who stay for longer than a week we have on site laundry facilities and also every day cleaning service available if requested. The room as a smart TV with Netflix and also has working desk for our executives. There is complimentary gourmet coffee and fresh fruit for guests. We pride ourselves in providing a boutique experience for a up most reasonable price. It sits on the west shore of Lake Simcoe and is known for its ski resorts. Horseshoe valley and ski snow valley. Which are about 20 minutes from the yellow door! Centennial Park has trails, a playground and a sandy beach. Other beaches include smaller Johnson's Beach and Minet’s Point, across Kempenfelt Bay. The “Spirit Catcher” is a large, birdlike sculpture on the waterfront. The Simcoe County Museum has local history displays, including a furnished 1920s cottage! If you are looking for local restaurants we are minutes away from great food and shopping! Bayfield street has numerous fast food options, bayfield mall with shops and boutiques, banks, liquor and beer store. For those looking for healthy food we have a local business near by avocobar which also caters and have amazing wraps salads and healthy options for those who seeks some good food! We have a bus route off of cundles a block away from our residence! Uber and taxi also a great way to get around locally! The house has five rooms so we do like to warn or guests due to having other people in the home there may be some occasional noise! We ask our guests to please be mindful of others who may be resting and be quiet when entering and leaving the house! Earplugs available upon request PLEASE NOTE : During this Pandemic, we have not been putting comforter/duvets unless guests request. We have to send them out after each use to drycleaners. Available if needed! We also have mattress protectors as well as pillow protectors for each room which are cleaned after every stay to ensure the safety of each of our guests.
