Private Walkout w King Bed & Bath + large livingrm

Our house sits in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. When you stay with us you will enter through the walkout basement. You have full access to our very private downstairs apartment. This will enter you right into the very large living area. The master bedroom is complete with a King bed, black out curtains and walk-in closet. Attached is a full size bathroom with walk-in shower. Amenities include television, DVD, WiFi, Kuerig, mini-fridge and access to patio/porch with backyard fire pit. We are home most weekends to help with anything you may need. We are also always available by phone or through the Airbnb app - please feel free to message us with any questions. We have a very happy and friendly puppy dog. Her name is Ruby and she is Irish setter/golden retriever. She may be in the backyard from time to time to go potty - but we do try limit her time in the backyard when guests are present.
