Relax at Fiddle and Fern! Our upscale, contemporary and brand new 2Bed/1Ba upper suite home invites you and your family to relax and indulge in the finer things in life. Enjoy our Nespresso coffee machine with Starbucks pods. Enjoy the peaceful & private ambience filled with natural light in your retreat. Your stay is hassle free as we include all essential needs such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, hand soap, hair dryer and towels. Washer/ Dryer and detergent at your convenience. Backyard deck has patio set with BBQ. Guests may enter through our main upper entrance ( yellow papaya color door). Enter code provided prior to arrival. I live in town so if you have questions or need any repairs. I will try my best to attend to them ASAP! Our home is situated on a quiet and mature neighbourhood close to the Northern Lights College, Hospital and nearby fast food restaurants. A Short 1 minute drive takes you to Encana Centre for concerts, Walmart and Chances Casino. The backyard deck offers much privacy as you look onto the open hills and Bear mountain. Car is the easiest and fastest as everything is within 5 minutes. Access to Walmart, McDonald’s, Canadian tire, Tim Hortons are within 10-15 minutes walk. Hospital can be reached on foot in 5-10 minutes. Downtown core on foot can take up to 20 minutes Patio chairs and table are set up on the deck during summer hours and set aside for the winter Help yourselves to them anytime. Downstairs suite has tenant so please be respectful of quiet hours.
