SMALL QUEEN with ensuite-2 guests-FREE BREAKFAST

Welcome to CASA MOANA. We have a lovely old house with modern touches. It is a light filled house with lots of windows. The small queen bedroom is upstairs and has ocean view. Feel free to use the kitchen, sun room, TV room, and deck and BBQ.. My husband and I live in a separate area on the main level. We provide breakfast but do not accommodate any special dietary needs. Happy to help with suggestions of sight-seeing, or restaurants in this area. A/C downstairs, ceiling fans in bedrooms. Welcome to Casa Moana- (ocean view). Our house is surrounded by fruit trees and large maples and is close to a park with beach access. Nearby is an antique store, art gallery, quilt store, and a 15 minute drive to our local brewery. We are a 15 minute drive to Digby. Also near by is Bear River- artist community, and Annapolis Royal, as well as Digby Neck and whale watching. Guests can use our large back deck with ocean view, kitchen, sunroom, and TV room. The upstairs is guests accommodations. Len and I have our own quarters on the main floor. We will be sharing the kitchen with guests but will be out of the way when guests need to use the kitchen. Len and I will be here 24/7 and live in a separate area on the main level. We will be sharing the kitchen but will be out of guest`s way, when they use the kitchen. The drive along Highway 101 is very picturesque with ocean views throughout. You may be able to see whales in the summer along the bay. Digby and Bear River have some great cafes and seafood restaurants or put some shrimp on our BarB. Across the street is the Bus Stop at the Post Office, which goes from Weymouth to New Minas. Summer 2020- There are travel restrictions in Nova Scotia- only those from the Atlantic Provinces can make reservations for this season--Whale watching in Brier Island is about an hour or so drive. The local YMCA is a 20 minute drive to Cornwallis, and Annapolis Royal is aprox 45 minute drive. Much to see in this lovely area, and of course Digby. Also Bear River, ( artist community), Gilbert`s Cove- lighthouse, and Savary Park are near-by. For those who like fine dining we recommend Founders House near Annapolis Royal.
