The house has 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms and guest will stay in one of the bedrooms in the 2nd floor and have one separate full bathroom right beside the room. We are happy to share our space with you, so basically guests can access every part of the house, including kitchen, dining room, living room, study, and even the ping pong table in the basement. As little as you want or as much as you need. We family of four live in this house, but all have a busy routine to stick to. Just relax and treat it as your own home. Scarsdale is a very residential and safe neighborhood, with a very high quality school district. So you will definitely fall in love with this quiet yet vibrant area at first sight. We will provide a parking spot for the guest if needed. Otherwise Uber is always accessible and reliable around the area. We tend to be more environment friendly, so we keep the temperature rather mild in rooms, around 62-65 degree or 16-18 degree in celsius. Bring your sweaters and don't expect to wear T shirt indoors.
