House completely equipped. We count with air-conditioning units in all bed rooms, Hot water & internet (HULU & NETFLIX)! New kitchen and some extra amenities . If you want that Island feel, this is perfect getaway for your whole family! Spacious master room with private bathroom, additional 2 bedroom and a second bathroom. Completely fenced in, safe for your kids.. (due to guest not cleaning after pets, ruining rugs, hair everywhere even in dryer and washer I’m not accepting any kind of pets) Place is nice and comfortable, the house counts with 3 bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms . Double car garage in the back, we have washer and dryer available.. completely fenced in. You have access to the whole house and can park in the garage. My Brother or mother will be available... Normal residential neighborhood, surrounded by local families. Things to keep in mind when you book this location it’s your choice, therefor you are picking not me. its not a tourist area. Dogs in most of houses so you will hear barking. You can rent a car or use Uber To avoid a bad experience please read the property description before booking, GUEST SHOULD CLEAN AFTER THEMSELVES BEFORE CHECK OUT (clean your dirty dishes and take trash out) cleaning fee will go up if rules are not followed and to keep prices low we ask for your cooperation.
