Spence Villa vacation townhome is located in a gated community called Little Bay Country Club off of Norman Manley Road. This charming, quiet neighbourhood is equipped with 24 hour security. Guests who stay with us will have access to the community Club House recreational facility; variety shop, private washrooms, change rooms and outdoor showers. The neighborhood continues to undergo projects to enhance the community such as implementing tennis courts and a basketball net. The Club House has an infinity pool that overlooks a private beach cove. All just a few steps from the front door of this furnished 2 bedroom vacation home. What’s included? - accommodates 1 to 5 guests - Kitchen equipped with Refrigerator, freezer, stove with oven, microwave, kettle, pots/ pans, dishes, glasses, & cutlery -Dining room table seats 6 -Powder room the main floor (washroom) -Laundry (washer/dryer) NOT available to guests -Rear Master Bedroom has a king size bed, air conditioning, a walk out balcony (faces the main road) and En Suite bathroom (stand up shower) -Front bedroom has a queen size bed, air conditioning and balcony that faces the community. -Second floor Full bathroom -Bathroom will be renovated next summer (2021) (the showers are snug exactly like picture) -Main floor bunk bed (double size bottom/single up top) -Main floor common room has A/C; please note the fans are not working at this time. - Cable T.V HD & DVD player available (main floor) - No cable available in bedrooms only main floor. - Wifi and Internet access avaiable (do not share passwords-thanks!) -Walkout to back yard and patio (instructions and a demonstration will be provided on how to open and close patio doors -AC’s leak when they are left running for long periods of time creating condensation. The same occurs with the refrigerators ice maker. -communication is important to us as we live in Toronto primarily & are not aware of everything. -Cal, the owner is often in Jamaica and resides in Westmoreland, 40 minutes away from this home -This villa is similar to a cottage style environment, please keep that in mind. -Photos are updated on a continued basis.
