Quiet neighborhood with street parking. You will have full access to the living room and kitchen. Your room will have its own mini fridge and access to your own side-porch with seating and lounge area. Backyard is cozy and tropical. Hot tub and seating. Very relaxed, clean, and quiet. Free WiFi, Cable, and utilities. Private bath and shared shower. Private yard and porch for your use. Hot tub is always on and ready. We are available by phone and text to answer any questions. We are a working family so availability is slim, but we are happy to talk and interact with our guests. We have family in and out of the house and we are all very welcoming. Neighborhood is currently being built up with stores and shops. Beach access within a minute walk and boardwalk access right down the street. Festivals and farmers markets regularly and events throughout the summer months on the beach and boardwalk. Street parking is available. We are in and out of the house often so the driveway is not available to use. Bus to NYC(1 hour) and shore points stops at the end of the block. We recommend you have a car to get around.
