Bungalow located North-End Downtown

My place is close to The river, ice rink, salt water swimming pool. $50/n Master Room $40/n for other rooms All Three monthly $100 night. Located on the northeast side of the river in the town of Peace River. *Monthly & long term stays also favoured. Convenient parking. Good for business travelers. $50/n Large Master Room $40/n for other rooms All 3 rooms $100n (monthly stay) close to arena, swimming pool and walking path along the river. All 3 Rooms are all located on the main floor with a large living room and kitchen, Patio, BBQ, Laundry & Gym and a/c. Master has an ensuite, walk in closet, queen size bed, 50 inch tv, optic, wifi etc. large room great for extended stays and privacy. The other 2 rooms have a queen bed, Raku Tv, mini fridge & dresser, All newly renovated, clean and comfortable. (these rooms share a full size bathroom). WE have a washer, dryer, ironing board, gym. We are just a text away to answer any questions. If you are booking for work and would like to book more than one or more room we are open to a discounting accordingly. We do have a small show dog (12 pounds) non shedding that is on the property he is super friendly but we keep in our of the guest areas. Owners live downstairs but we keep to ourselves. WE have 2 stalls for parking in the back of the house and also street parking. We also have plug ins in the winter. You do go through school zones to get to our end of town, so please watch your speed. We allow guests there privacy but we do have some interact and easy access for communication and to answer questions. Multiplex, schools, swimming pool, champions gym, river, walking paths. Car, taxi, bike, motorcycle or walk. The top floor is designated for business travelers and we do our very best to help you feel welcome. We are quite couple but look forward to having house guests and maybe prepare you dinner from time to time if you are hear on an extended stay.
