As a frequent traveler and contractor myself, I strive to provide the tremendous value to those that are helping maintain the plants, or otherwise work in my community. This house has been completely remodeled. A lot of higher end finishes in an otherwise cozy, quaint home, to wind down after a tough day in the plant. Spacious kitchen, with a 5 burner gas stove makes meal prep easy. This house is extremely close to Phillips 66 / CPChem (<5 minutes to the P66 /CPChem contractor gate). Close to P66, and CPChem. Across the street from a 24 hour convenience store, and just down the road from a really good Cajun restaurant and the local bar. The house is a shared space, with a private lockable room. Guests have access to the common areas, including the living room, laundry, and kitchen. Living room, kitchen, laundry room, computer nook, and all other common areas. Available as needed. Across the street from the Circle K / Phillips 66 gas station & convenience store. Although a longer walk, it’s in walking distance to the local bar, Southbound 35 (<1/2 mi). Near the river and recreation area. Not a whole lot with respects to Uber or cabs. Most of the time you have to arrange for private transportation. There’s an electric pellet smoker on the back porch, if you like smoking meats. From time to time, there are wild hogs, if you’re the hunting type.
