Private getaway located on acreage surrounded by forest with views of Mount Currie. The suite is south facing on the lower level of the house with a private driveway + entrance. The decor is rustic yet modern with an abundance of natural light that is cool and airy in summer and cozy by the fireplace in the winter. Entertainment includes theatre room with 85" 4K TV + 7.1 surround, PS5 (1 remote), popcorn, bubble hockey, billiards, games, sauna + 5 person hot tub. We like to be available for you when you need it and will respond to texts and emails promptly but will always respect your privacy. This remote escape is only 15 minutes north of Pemberton (Mount Currie) with close access to lakes, trails, biking and fishing at the Birkenhead River. There's an outdoor fire pit and full access to the front lawn. Ask us about the hiking trails that are accessible from the driveway where you can explore the forest all year round. In the summer our trails are ideal for mountain biking, dirt biking, ATV use and hiking. In the winter months snowshoeing, cross country skiing and dog walks are just a few of our favourite activities. During the fall months the forest lining our property is filled with large fir trees where Pine and Chanterelle mushrooms grow in abundance. Mountain view Taxi is available but keep in mind we are in a rural area so service might be slow or limited (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) Driving your own vehicle is the most reliable way to travel around. If you would like to have a cozy fire in the wood burning fireplace, we will provide a bundle of seasoned wood complimentary (enough for 2 fires). If you would like more contact us. We have Starlink wifi for Netflix and Amazon Prime but also offer a large movie library to play on the PS5 (1 remote for gaming). Please be assured that we have deployed rigorous cleaning and disinfection measures, including the use of cleaning chemicals that sanitize and are effective in preventing the transmission of COVID-19. Not only are soft goods (as in all sheets), blankets and pillow covers ,washed and dried in safe temperatures, all pillows and duvets are rested for 48 hours or longer. *please follow all safety guidelines in the home manual and during orientation as are not liable for any injuries for persons or pet while on property.
