Gayle's Getaway (GG)

This house is newly built and it has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There are 2 bedrooms to the right of the house with a bathroom in the middle. These 2 bedrooms are the ones listed for rental however they are listed separately. The house has a kitchen, dining room and living room space that is available for my guests. The living room has IPTV with a 75" TV. This bedroom has a 50" TV equipped with IPTV. The house is situated in a friendly residential area with close neighbors. Guests have access to their bedroom, The kitchen, Bathroom, living room, Dining room, Free parking to the front of the premises, The Laundry room which has washer/dryer/iron & ironing board/Closet with sheets and towels. I wont be available everyday as I work away from home however I am just a message away and I have someone that oversees the house and its upkeep. Access to public transportation is within close walking distance. Shopping mall/Plaza is within 5 minutes driving time, about 3 miles away. Supermarket, Dominoes pizza, Pizza hut, Wendy's, Gas station, restaurants electronics store, liquor store etc. No smoking and no pets are allowed in the house.
