The Ocean View upstairs has a king Bedroom and staircase to join the lower unit. There is free parking, a pool, hot tub, exterior shower and magnificent ocean views from the 2nd floor balcony The space Villa Esencia is a gated estate of 4 individual villas located on the calm and uncrowded shores of Long Bay Beach. Villa Wyakah is located just off the beach, by a generous-size pool and a hot tub in lush gardens of colorful plants and trees. It is a spacious, well-appointed 2 BR + 2 Bath Suite & living room (sleeps 5) with 2 large balconies and BBQ grills. From the Master bedroom upstairs, you have views of the gardens and of the intense surrounding turquoise waters. Interaction with guests We will be delighted to welcome you here and give you a tour of our property and make sure you are comfortable and feel at home. We live here as well and are available should you require anything but we also like to give you as much privacy as needed. Other things to note The duplex is not a stand-alone but it is arranged for maximum privacy. There is an exact same duplex on the other side of the villa which can be rented as such or separately as 1 BR suites. Cancellation Policy: We offer up to 100% cancellation if we can rebook your unit during your time slot, minus a $200 admin fee. During this Covid Pandemic period if we can't rebook your unit we will work with you to reschedule at a date that works for us both in mid or low season (excluding holidays).
