Nan's House

Beautiful cozy salt box house located on the North side of Fogo. Gorgeous view of the harbour, and a cherry tree in the garden. If you're lucky, you will Be there in time to pick some fresh cherries for yourself! The whole house is yours! We want you to treat it as you would treat your own, and enjoy it as if it were yours as well :-) We are just a phone call away if you need anything We are about 25 km from the ferry, 5 km from the hospital, stadium, and schools, and about 20 km away from the world renowned Fogo Island inn. There is a walking trail called Fogo head just a minutes walk away from you, and just a little further up the road, you are faced with one of the four corners of the world according to the flat Earth Society, the beautiful brimstone head You can drive around the island, or walk around the town. The island is your playground!
