Beautiful waterfront rental situated in the heart of Acadie! This is a fully operational semi-detached including all modern amenities. Located close to tourist attractions and footsteps from sandy beaches, make this your home away from home! Please note: We rent one week stays - from Sunday to Sunday in July and August, however, we rent for a minimum 3 nights' stay in June and September. This newly renovated apartment is furnished with all modern amenities. It includes a full kitchen including a dishwasher, a dining room, a living room, as well as a private laundry room with washing machine and dryer. BBQ, linens and towels supplied - need only bring your food, clothes and beach towels! Guests will have access to a private deck, a private backyard including a fire pit and a private beach. We live next door and are there to greet you and available if and when needed. This rental is located on a provincial route with easy access. It's located halfway between the Bouctouche Dunes and Parlee Beach. It is located a kilometer away from 2 general convenience stores and a gas station and within walking distance of the local playground. Due to the rural environment, there is no public transportation in the area. 15 minutes from Shediac (Parlee Beach / Lobster Capital of the World) 15 minutes from Bouctouche (Le Pays de la Sagouine / Bouctouche Sand Dunes) 30 minutes from Moncton (Magic Mountain Water Park / Treego / Casino N.B. / shopping centres) 1 hour from Confederation Bridge, PEI
