"Suite T" in the Woods

Welcome to the "Suite T". You will have this entire basement suite area to yourself. Private entrance with Self check-in and private driveway. You will have over 850 sq ft of space! It is a very private location on 6 acres of land and surrounded by nature. If you desire peace and quiet, then this is the place for you. You will only be three miles from the interstate, restaurants and shopping, but will feel like you are in the middle of the woods. You will be very comfortable with over 850 square feet of space. You will have your own driveway on the side of the house and your own private entrance. No stairs to climb!! You will have the following areas: Self check in Bedroom - with queen bed Sitting room with sofa bed - this sofa bed is in the same room with the bedroom and it is not in a separate room Living Room Full Bathroom Large walk-in closet Full size Tub/Shower combo Under deck sitting area Outdoor firepit area Over a mile of walking trails and a creek and picnic area in the back yard. While we do not offer cable or satellite, you will have access to the internet and the TV (ROKU TV) is capable of streaming the services you already have (like Netflix or Hulu) You will have access to a microwave, mini-fridge and Krieg coffee maker (we will have coffee and fixings available for you). Unfortunately there is not a full kitchen at this time, nor is there a washer and dryer available. We also have several sleeping cots available if you have more than 5 guests. These are camping type cots that are quite comfortable. Just let us know ahead of time. There is also a couch in the living room that someone could sleep on as well. You will have private access to the basement suite as well as the backyard area and walking trails. We do live up stairs and are available during your stay and look forward to serving you and helping you know the area. My bride and I both work from home (my office is on the other side of the basement). We bought this house when our four children were small and now three of the four are grown and gone and the youngest is in college. We look forward to hosting you and sharing our land and woods. We own 6 very private acres of land that are 1/4 mile off the road and very secluded. There are only three houses on the driveway and we own two of them. We are only 3 short miles from the interstate, but very quiet and secluded wooded property. We are ideally situated about 45 minutes from the North Georgia mountains, but also close enough to Canton to enjoy all the pleasures of our small town. The outlet mall is 18 minutes away if you want to shop, and there are a host of restaurants within 3-5 miles of the house. We have about a mile of nature trails on the property to enjoy the solitude and there are many parks and recreation close by. Heritage park has many miles of walking paths along the river and is a quiet place to walk, ride a bike or take a picnic.
