The pier and gazebo is shared with one other home, Latitudes. You can dock your 24' boat at the pier. Relaxing gazebo by the water. ***We are taking the recommended steps as presented by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) for cleaning, disinfecting, and preparing this home for your arrival. We are following the protocols laid out by the CDC and using the EPA-approved disinfectants for Hard (non-porous) Surfaces, Soft (Porous) Surfaces and Electronics. We look forward to welcoming you to Blue Palms Retreat.*** Our Cancellation policy is: Cancellation: If you cancel your reservation in writing 90 days or more before your arrival, you will receive a full refund, less a cancellation fee of $25.00 and Administrative fee. If you cancel less than 90 days before arrival, your payment and any prepaid rent will be refunded only if we are able to procure another rental for that same period. If no rental is procured, you will lose your payment and any prepaid rent, not to exceed the amount of your rental. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival, there will be no refund. If The Florida Keys are closed to visitors because of the COVID-19 pandemic for your arrival date, you will be offered the opportunity to reschedule your reservation or receive a refund.
