Mira Bay Getaway

Our cozy cottage is located in Mira Gut, NS. Come enjoy the front patio with a beautiful view of Mira Bay! There is a private beach across the street or try Mira Gut provincial park beach approximately 1 km down the road. There is a children’s play structure onsite. The cottage has been newly renovated and is very modern and tastefully decorated - a true oasis! Our cottage is a newly renovated 3 bedroom house. It features shiplap walls and beautiful decor throughout. There are plenty of windows to let in the sunlight or catch a view of the stunning Mira Bay! There are two bedrooms with high end queen mattresses and one bedroom with a double under single bunk bed (perfect for children). All bedrooms have smart Tv’s with access to Netflix and Amazon Prime Video. There is a fully equipped open concept kitchen, dining, and living room. Enjoy the electric fireplace in the living room or cool down with the mini split air conditioner (heat as well). Outside the home there is a large wrap around deck overlooking Mira Bay. Other deck features include a comfortable patio furniture and access to an electric bbq! There is a large children’s play structure in the front yard that will keep little ones busy for hours! Across the street guests have full access to our private beach or Mira Gut provincial beach is just 1 km down the road. You and your family will absolutely love staying at our Mira Bay Getaway!! Other attractions that are nearby include The Fortress of Louisburg, Glace Bay Miners Museum, and the Cabot Trail. Groceries, gas, and alcohol can be found within 10 minutes. This property is approximately 20 minutes from the City of Sydney. It is a quiet country setting so you will need a car. There is no bus service in Mira....just beautiful scenery!
