Apartment is in Astoria Queens New York. 6 to 7 blocks from "N,W" Subway Trains.(30th Avenue Or Astoria Blvd. STOPS) 20 minute ride on "SBSM60" select bus service from La Guardia Airport. Apartment is clean. Full kitchen and WC (bathroom) use. Wi-Fi available, laundry across the street. Air conditioner window unit. Heating fan. 2 floor apartment share with host. Guest have living room with sleeper sofa, screens provided for simi privacy, full kitchen and new renovated bathroom. 2 luggage hilders. Clothing rack, pillows, pillowcases, sheets, comforter, blanket, wash clothes, hand towels and bath towel for each guest. Guest can use living room sleeper sofa screens to provide semi privacy, full kitchen and WC (bathroom). Guest can feel free to visit with me, call, text, (Hidden by Airbnb) or email. Apartment is in back of building on the 2nd floor. Pretty quite Neighborhood and building. Building is a pre war built in (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) The floors are thin, one can hear upstairs walk around but have not had any sound issues. Please be curtious to other tenants. Be mindful of noise. N or W trains are available 24 7 to Manhatten. It is only 20 minutes to Time Square 42st. Q100 or Q69 Bus to the F train is 20 minites to Rockefeller Center in Mid town. 15 minutes from LaGuardia Airport on the SBSM60 Astoria Blvd. Stop walk 6 blocks.
