Bedroom #3 comes with queen bed ,and bedroom #4 comes with 2 bunk beds size full and a private bathroom that connects to the room. Beautiful renovated kitchen with brand new appliances and cookware's. As a plus you will have 2 living rooms equipped with sofa beds as extra accommodations to anyone that wants to be part of the trip. Amazing and spacious terrace perfect for a get together with all your family or vacation group. Enjoy total of 6 Smart TV's and high speed WIFI. Some areas/rooms could be restricted based on the number of guests. We charge by the NUMBER of Guests and therefore allocation of Space is based on Double Occupancy per available Bed. Self check-in 24 hours, with a lockbox. Upon arrival you will be given a code for a lock box. Please remember to put keys back into lock box at check out. LOST KEYS WILL RESULT IN A REPLACEMENT FEE OF $100 PER KEY. Welcome to our Spacious & User Friendly Home, The Doorbell will connect it to us and will provide you the lockbox combination and will disengage the alarm. We will send you instructions on the day of arrival so you can check yourself in. Enjoy this elegantly furnished space with all the amenities of being back at home! It has a Full Kitchen, with washer/dryer. It has full dining room, chairs/decor. The bathroom has a tub/shower and all bathrooms are fully stocked with towels, soap and shampoo. For your comfort the a/c, security cameras will be left on. Host is not available. We have property manager available during your stay.
