Nestled at the base of the Fairmont Rocky Mountain Range our warm & inviting cabin is a trusted favourite with families visiting Fairmont Hot Springs in all seasons. Walking distance to trails, coffee shops, groceries & gift stores while less than a 5 minute drive to the hot spring pools, golf courses & ski area this beautiful home makes an excellent choice for your next vacation. Situated on a large treed lot in a quiet area Falcon Cabin accommodates 10 adults (or up to 14 people including kids) with 4 bedrooms and 2 hideabeds. 2 bedrooms are on the main level - Master with Queen bed and ensuite washroom; 2nd Bedroom with Twin bed - plus Twin trundle that can covert to a Queen. With modern/rustic decor throughout, vaulted ceilings & bright open floor plan the main level features a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and large dining table to seat the whole family for a celebratory meal. A central wood-burning stone fireplace divides the eating area from the living room - a cosy space perfect for the adults to visit and play music on the stereo. Patio doors lead from the dining area onto a large south/west facing deck with a BBQ, patio furniture and sun loungers for soaking up the summer sun. Other main level features are a tranquil sunroom for yoga or to enjoy your morning coffee with views of the treed yard. The newly renovated bathroom has a large soaker tub to unwind after an adventurous day. 2 bedrooms are on the lower level - the 3rd Bedroom has a Queen and the 4th 2 sets of Twin Bunks. This walk out basement is the entertainment hub with a pool table and separate media room with TV and DVD - there's a host of movies for all ages. There's a second full bathroom and a laundry room with washer & dryer - we provide the soap too so you can pack light! Wi-Fi internet is complimentary. Toast marshmallows around the back-yard fire-pit (wood can be purchased from the local grocery store) & bring your lawn games - there’s plenty of space in the grassy yard. Off-street parking for 6 vehicles and you have a garage to store your toys - golf clubs, bikes, ski equipment or canoes! Furry friends are welcome at our pet friendly cabin (pet fee applies of $25/nt) - they will love the amazing trails - the Spirit Trail at Columbia Lake Provincial Park or the Wilder Park by the River are both with 5-10 minutes and are favourites of ours. From golfing to river-tubing, zip-lining to hiking in the summer and skiing to skating, xc skiing to snowshoeing in the winter you’ll never be short of fun things to do. Groups of singles can be accommodated with a maximum of 1 person in each available bed (EG in a property with 8 beds sleeping up-to 16 the maximum number of single adults is 8). Weddings and parties are not permitted in any of our properties without prior approval in writing from Fairmont Creek Vacation Rentals. Upon booking guests are required to complete a per-arrival form which confirms and details the number of people staying in the accommodation.
