Top level has 2 huge master bedrooms, with King size beds, a large linen closet filled with towels and extra blankets, and a three pcs washroom on a large loft overlooking the open main level living room. Two sky lights. Main master bedroom has its own AC unit, and 47" HD TV with Hays Sat. Main floor has Open concept is a very spacious Kitchen with Island, Dining room with a large 8 person table, a 4 person eat at island, and living room, and washroom. A fully equipped kitchen just like any house with a dishwasher, and new microwave, stove, and refrigerator. All the items you will need for cooking meals for a great stay. A new Industrial AC unit to maintain your desired temperature, 2 Large skylights, a high vaulted ceiling with 2 ceiling fans and a natural gas fireplace. 65" 4K curved screen TV (Hays + bell dish), Netflix, DVD player & CD player, bluetooth stereo system, books, cards and board games 2 smaller bedrooms with a queen bed in one and the other has a double bed. Lower level has Washer and dryer, an extra fridge, a shower and washroom, a Large 12ft shuffle board table, a rings game, and garage with bikes and all kinds of beach supplies. Indoor hot tub (6 seat) The hot tub works well but chemicals must be added if using allot during the rental. 2 Large decks in front, and the back yard has a BBQ, Picnic table and a fire pit for outdoor fires. Parking for 4+ vehicles * Renting to families and mature adults only * * Linens and towels are provided but must be washed if used. Some renters bring their own linens and take them home with them to reduce cleaning needed on the day they check out. * Cottage will be clean when you arrive and should be the same when you leave. Free garbage and recycle bins. Guide book at the cottage to answer all your questions. The cottage is in a very nice neighborhood with several nice homes and cottages surrounding it. Some of those are year round homes. Generally a nice clean and quiet area, but very close to the beach and main street for shopping. Both the main street for shopping and the beach are easily within walking distance. Lots of room for parking multiple vehicles. There are bikes and a small wagon in the garage to take items to the beach. Use at own risk. Bedding, dishware and linens are all provided but must be washed and put away before leaving. Some renters bring their own linens for ease on check out day. This cottage comes fully equipped.
