This is a quaint one bedroom with a three part bath, glass shower. The living space is open to the eating area. It has a pull out couch, flat screen TV and lots of outdoor light. The suite is attached to the main house which is also a short term rental. The house is located on a quiet road, local traffic only but within 10 minute drive to Courtenay. A corner store, liquor outlet , restaurant/pub and the Kingfisher spa are very close. Vintage charm meets modern simplicity. The suite is comfortably furnished and cozy. New appliances and well equipped kitchen. There is a covered seating area outside your entrance door. The back yard may be shared with the main house. Quite friendly neighbourhood with 4 beach accesses to the ocean, the southern access is ideal for kayak launching. A car is needed in the area but biking on the roadside or trails is possible.
