Enjoy your next vacation at our 3 bedroom home in Terence Bay. Feel at home the moment you walk through the door! Take in the spectacular sunsets. And what is summer without a BBQ? We provide a large BBQ so that you can prepare and enjoy a delicious meal from the large deck while enjoying the un-obstructed views of the Back Bay. The main level boasts an ocean-facing full kitchen, living room and dining space. Our kitchen is well stocked with all the utensils and cookware you should ever need. We offer a large deck with glass railing with unobstructed views of the Bay. Top level has 2 bedrooms including the master with it’s own private deck facing the Bay. Located half way between Peggy's Cove and Halifax. There are golf courses, hiking trails, restaurants, kayak rentals are all within walking distance or just a short commute away. Guests have a access to private full laundry facilities, large glass rail deck, fire pit with wood provided, private sand/pebble beach, shed (life jackets, washer toss, boche ball, soccer ball, badmington set, etc...), kayaks, canoe. We live nearby and can help when needed. When we get the chance we like to offer guests a tour of the area on the ocean in our pontoon boat. The scenery is just as beautiful from the ocean. The cottage is located in the Back Bay, a small secluded cove in the fishing village of Terence Bay. Sandy Cove Beach, The SS Atlantic Heritage site and Boardwalk, The Terence Bay Lighthouse and walking trail and East Coast Outfitters (kayak rentals) are all just a short walk away. We do not have public transportation in our area. The house has a one bedroom basement apartment which is occupied full time. The yard and driveway are shared but the whole upper home is still private and nothing inside is shared. The cottage beach usually has sea glass and cohog shells washing in. We do make an effort to keep it cleaned off but water shoes are recommended - especially for young children.
