VISTA LAGO Lakefront Studio- kayak- paddle board !

Imagine waking up to the most spectacular view of Lake Caonillas... This simple but cozy studio is fairly equipped to provide you everything you’ll need for a wonderful stay. We are just steps away from the water, were our guests can enjoy kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing from our dock, BBQ or simply lay back in our outdoor terrace surrounded by beautiful scenery that surely will captivate you! ** VISTA LAGO - STUDIO is not suitable for people in wheelchairs. Guests must climb stairs. Our guests will sleep in a comfy Queen bed. Plus, the studio has one (1) full bathroom, small fridge, microwave oven, coffee maker, silverware, dishes, small electric stove, soaps, towels, bed linens and ceiling fan. It also features a terrace with the most spectacular view of the lake, gazebo, *a two person kayak & life vests included, and more... What we don’t offer- NO a/c, NO wifi, NO luxury. ** We are located in the lower level of a family home, with an independent entrance to the apartment. However, guests staying at our other rental property (CASA LAGO) are also allowed to access the lake through the same outdoor terrace & patio. So please, keep in mind that the patio space could be shared with other people occasionally. Check-in time after 11:00am and check out at 11:00am. Keys set will be left in a lock box at the property’s main entrance gate. If for any reason I'm unable to meet you at check-in, then I'll leave the house keys in a lock-box with further details. We are located at the end of a very private and narrow path, where there are only 3 properties (all relatives). “El Bohio de Wilber “, for an early coffee and fritters or lunch and beers, is just walking distance away. The nearest gas station/ convenience store is about 9 minutes drive away and 20 minutes drive to the town. The use of a car is the best way to move around. This studio/apartment is located in the lower level of a family home, which means our guests must walk around the house to find the apartment entrance door. However, to respect and guarantee our guests privacy, the access to the apartment from the inside of the house will be blocked during their stay. Therefore, all guests will enter strictly from an independent entrance from the outside of the house. **( los huéspedes deben bordear la casa y bajar escalones para accesar la entrada del apartamento). * The parking space is a little bit tight. So, the use of a compact car is recommended. * NO visitors allowed, NO unnecessary noises that might disturb the neighbors. * Once a reservation is booked, you will receive a list of “Things to Do”, to help you plan in advance an exciting experience in Utuado. It suggests excellent restaurant options in the area, rivers adventures, cave exploring, coffee plantations, tourist attractions & much more... * The use of the kayak is at the guests own risk!!! A life vest ( we supply) is mandatory while kayaking or at the floating dock. (El uso del kayak y muelle flotante es a riesgo del huésped/para ello, el uso de salvavidas es mandatario ). * There’s a shooting range about 3 mins drive from the property. Therefore, shots could be heard occasionally far away, but doesn’t represent a safety issue at all. / ( Hay un polígono de tiro en la vecindad como a 3 minutos en carro de la propiedad). Por lo tanto, existe la posibilidad de escuchar ruido de disparos distantes en ocasiones. Sin embargo esto NO representa ningún riesgo de seguridad ni peligro de ninguna manera. * The lake is not intended for swimming. ( No nadar en el lago)!!!l
