Updated two bedrooms near Pittsburgh

This apartment is clean and gives the guest a feel of being at home instead of living out of a suitcase at a hotel room. The Space: I take great pride in providing a clean, comfortable and safe place for my guests to relax and feel at home. Guest Access: Guests are able to access the entire apartment. Interaction with Guests: I am just a phone call away and I have a maintenance man that lives very close to this property that should be able to handle most issues that may come up. Getting around and parking: The parking is street parking right outside the apartment. There is public transportation less than 1 block from the apartment. The bus can get you downtown Pittsburgh in about 25 mins or if you are driving you could get downtown in about 15 mins. Uber or Lyft are great for getting around as well. House Rules: My house rules are simple Respect the property and respect your neighbors! I don't expect you to clean but I do ask that you do the best you can to leave the apartment as you found it when you arrived. There will not be any dishes in the sink when you arrive so please don't leave them for me to wash after you leave. Please do not flush any sanitary products down the drain as this can create backups and costly repairs. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. I don't mind if you are a smoker. Please just step outside to handle your business. Upon completion of your cigarette please dispose of it properly and do not throw it in the yard. Drug activity in or around my property is unacceptable and will not be tolerated! If this should occur and I am made aware of it, you will be asked to leave the premises immediately.
