The house is all yours! Kitchen, living room, three bedrooms, a bathroom & main floor laundry, all to yourself. Towels, bedding & all kitchen supplies are provided. All utilities are included. There is wifi, Netflix and Prime Video. You will be comfortable in this cozy, charming home away from home. The neighbourhood is quiet, safe and friendly. All downtown amenities are a block or two away Garage, basement and bunkie are not available for guest use. To my knowledge, there is but one, fully furnished house in Kerrobert that is available for renters and this is it! Being the only house in town with cedar siding it has the look of a lake cottage or cabin. There is a big, old apple tree in the backyard. From the living room window you will have a beautiful view of Kerrobert's historical building known as The Old Court House, said to be haunted! There are no residential homes across the street. Guests will have access to main floor of house as well as the entire yard. The basement, the garage and the back storage room are not intended for guest use. I do not live in Kerrobert. My home is in Saskatoon, a two hour drive away. I will be available by phone or text to take care of any concerns. Quiet, safe neighbourhood. Great neighbours! Beautiful view! On street parking or backyard. No public transportation in this town. "Lots of geese. Kerrobert is on one of the major flyways and you sure can tell in the fall. Often you can spot up to 10 separate flocks of several hundred birds at the same time". - Prairie Outdoors Downtown has grocery, drug, hardware, butcher, convenience, liquor, gift and bakery shops. I'm told that packed lunches can be ordered from the bakery. The Post Office is across the back alley and the outdoor pool and arena are just a stone's throw from the house.
