Entire Private Space Bedroom 1: One king bed Bedroom 2: One twin bed Bedroom 3: Two twin beds (bunkbeds) Living room: One couch / pull-out Full Kitchen: Fridge, microwave, stove, oven, and dishwasher Dining area Outside area: Front of house use permitted (BBQ & Seating Area) Driveway: Up-to two cars Owner occupies separate studio apartment. NO SHARED ENTRY OR SHARED SPACES! We provide beach access for up to five people. Local Beaches: 1. Broadway Beach (0.3 Miles) - Walking Distance 2. Friendship Beach (0.6 Miles) - Walking Distance 3. Beech Beach (1.1 Miles) - Walking Distance Please note that although we're happy to provide access to the local beaches, there is a $150 fee if the keys are not returned.
