We live in a quiet neighborhood, on a dead end street. 15 mins away from Kennedy airport! Very clean and well-maintained Mini Suite (private room with its own bathroom and living room that accommodates 2 people comfortably). We also offer a comfortable queen size air mattress if needed for extra guests. Private entrance! Street parking during the day, driveway parking overnight Central to major shopping centers, restaurants, public transportation, casino, beaches and more! NO SMOKING INSIDE OR IN OUR YARD. NO SUITABLE FOR SMOKERS Clean and modern space, with BRAND NEW full bathroom and living room. We ask our guests to please take care of the space as if it was your own. Be mindful of the electricity, please do not leave the air conditioning on the entire day. Private entrance! We can accommodate up to 4 people! Mini Suite ONLY! Private bathroom, living room space, bedroom, mini fridge, tv! We are a full time working couple, best way to communicate is messages through Airbnb App! Quiet dead end street. No cars allowed on the streets over night. For overnight parking we offer our driveway. Some restaurants, Train station and 711 walking distance. Green acres mall 8 minutes away Space is ONLY for those on the reservation. No visitors or parties allowed. Only guests on the reservation can access the space. NO suitable for children and elderly Private entrance through the driveway to access backyard.
