My place is a simple, casual apartment w/ lovely high ceilings & eclectic island decor. The apartment is a renovated portion of a century-old British officer's residence built as a part of the Royal Naval Dockyard ecosystem. It is close to the main road and to bus stops going east and west, Watford Bridge Ferry, and minutes from The Royal Naval Dockyard. WIFI 250MB Upnor House North is good for couples and solo adventurers. It is about 50 minutes by the Number 7 or 8 bus to the City of Hamilton. The apartment has a walled off outdoor terrace outfitted with an outdoor table, chaise lounge and umbrella for outdoor chilling. Full access to the private apartment with private bathroom, kitchen, laundry facilities, living room and bedroom. Enclosed terrace. ( The wall is only chest high though - so not fully private) We'd love to link up with you to answer questions, for guidance or just for a glass of wine. While we don't fish, we are near to one of the best fishing spots on the island, Watford Bridge. So if you want to snag your own local catch, you are well positioned to get it. Basic fishing supplies are sold at the nearby gas station. There are two sailing clubs in the area - West End Sailboat Club and Sandy's Boat Club which offers rowing excursions on select days. Woody's Bar and Restaurant is a national institution - with arguably Bermuda's best fish sandwich and gloriously boisterous neighbourhood bar with mercifully inexpensive drinks.
