Sea loft

Champney's West is a stunning outport community and is part of 12 communities that make up Trinity Bight..The Fox Island trail goes by the Sea Loft. Champney's West is a community well known for its strong sense of community. The Rising Tide theater is 10 km away. The Port Rexton Brewery is 4 km away. I have had some pet owners not follow rules of house. Regretfully, I am no longer pet friendly. Newly constructed space build to code. It is nestled on a hill overlooking the stunning quaint out port town of Champney's West. It is a loft designed in the traditional Newfoundland outport way with all the modern conveniences. I tried to recreate the outport theme of my childhood on Merasheen Island in Placentia Bay a resettled community. They will have complete access to Sea loft suite. It is fully self contained. A community member will manage the suite for me. Krystal will be my representative. Fox Island Trail lies at the heart of Champney's West. Skerwink Trail, Fox Island Trail, Rising Tide Theater, Whale watching, Port Rexton Brewery. Champney’s West is one of 12 communities that make up Trinity Bight on the Bonavista Peninsula. Do not confuse it with Champney’s East or Champney’s Arm. Follow the signs to the Aquarian and Fox Island trail. My neighbour and co-host Krystal and Darrell have opened their own Airbnb Ocean Blue.
