Utopia lakeside Loft

Feel the relaxation begin as you drive down a tree-lined road to your private loft retreat on the shore of pristine Lake Utopia. Swim at your private, safe white sand beach, make sandcastles or just sunbathe while listening for loons or watching for jumping fish. Relax in the hot tub or kayak on the lake. There’s a private lakeside gazebo with propane fireplace for your enjoyment or you can choose a crackling wood fire on the beach. Loft is newly constructed, bright and airy. A private balcony overlooks the water. Queen bed in bedroom and pullout queen sofa bed in living room. Bedroom and living room each have a fireplace. Bathroom has oversized shower. Everything you need to prepare light meals is in the kitchenette- 2 burner hot plate, fridge, microwave, kettle , coffee maker and toaster oven ( large enough for small chicken or pizza). Read by the fire or lake ,sunbath and swim on sandy beach , relax in hot tub, you can do as much or as little as you enjoy !, property is private -safe you can cook meals on a 2 burner hot plate ,microwave,toaster oven (fits small pizza or chicken etc. Because of covid we have self check in ....,,, we however,live on the property. We are very friendly and approachable but will leave it up to our guests if they want chats or not out side at a (Website hidden by Airbnb) your vacation! Located in beautiful Woodbury’s cove Lake Utopia walking trails nearby ,close to st George shops restaurants /liquor ,a short drive to Saint Andrews by the sea ,New River Beach, see the highest tides in the world, Relax,Revive ,Renew , inside your oasis or out side on the beach or in lakeside gazebo . St. George Golf Club is only 5 minutes away and the award winning Algonquin Golf Club at St. Andrews by-the-Sea is a 25 minute drive. You can bike on a dirt road or trail by the lake , walk , or Drive to interesting places to explore Make sure Stairs are not an issue , there are stairs from the parking lot and stairs to your lakeside loft !!!!! 2 persons private , 4 persons ..sofa bed is in living space .
